Other Fees and Policies

Minimum Fee: Group minimum is 100 people.

Time Limit: Events are scheduled in 4 hour increments. If your event is longer than 4 hours, there is an additional $100.00 charge per extra hour over 4 hours.

Curfew: All events must be finished no later than 10:00 p.m.

Service Charge and Tax: All fees are subject to 5.5% sales tax, and 15 % gratuity.

Additional Services or Amenities: If your group will need additional services, such as special tents, specialty tables, party goods, tableware, lighting, etc.; please let us know. We can make these services available to you for an additional fee. Please ask for details.

Decorations: Decorations may be put up shortly before your event, and must be removed immediately following your event. If you would prefer us to install your decorations and remove them, there is a $25.00 per hour charge.

Alcohol: Eugster’s Farm Market is not permitted to provide or sell alcohol to your group. However, you may bring your own beer, wine, or wine coolers. NO hard liquor is allowed. All alcohol must be distributed at the discretion of an Eugster’s Farm Market licensed bartender, and is to be contained in The Big Barn and The Barn Yard areas. Alcohol is not permitted in the Petting Farm.

Bartender Fees: $18.00 per hour per bartender

Payment: There is a nonrefundable payment of $250.00 required to secure your date. A nonrefundable advance deposit of 50% of anticipated revenue is required with the signed contract no later than 7 days before your event. Final payment is due upon receipt of the final bill.

Cancellation Policy: If your group cancels for any reason, your deposits are nonrefundable.
